How we handle your data.
Short version: we collect an email address so we can tell you when access opens. We don’t sell it, we don’t pass it to anyone for marketing, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Who we are
Keope Labs Ltd is the data controller for this site. Our registered office is:
C/O The Accountancy PartnershipSuite 5, 5th Floor, City Reach
5 Greenwich View Place
London E14 9NN
United Kingdom
You can reach us at enrico@keopelabs.com about anything on this page — that address goes to a person, not a ticket queue.
What we collect, and why
If you join the early-access list, we store:
- Your email address — so we can email you when a seat is ready. That is the only thing we will use it for until you become a customer.
- A hashed version of your IP address — a one-way fingerprint, not the address itself. It exists so we can tell whether one machine signed up four hundred times. We cannot turn it back into your IP.
- Your browser’s user-agent string and the time you signed up — the same abuse question, and so we know the order people joined in.
That’s the entire list. No name, no company, no tracking profile, and nothing that follows you around the internet.
Our lawful basis
Consent. You gave us the address in order to be told when access opens, and you can withdraw that at any time by asking us to delete it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking on it. The signup form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA, which does not use cookies to track you across sites.
Who else touches it
Two processors, both acting on our instructions:
- Cloudflare — serves this site and runs the human check on the form.
- Supabase — hosts the database the list is stored in.
Nobody else. We do not sell or share the list.
How long we keep it
Until access opens and you either take a seat or tell us you’re not interested. If the product never ships, we delete the list. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do it and confirm.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it — and you can complain to a regulator if you think we’ve got it wrong. In the UK that’s the Information Commissioner’s Office. Email us and we’ll act on it within a month, usually the same week.
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters, we’ll email everyone on the list rather than quietly editing the page.
